Hello! I’m Sandy Benson! I grew up in Laguna Beach, back when surfers and hippies outnumbered celebrities. With two grown kids adventuring out of state, I’ve found joy in traveling and exploring the world. My adventurous spirit led me to scuba diving with sharks and stingrays, including a night dive where I ran out of air. I’ve seen Cher nine times and proudly display a collector doll in my office. My claim to fame includes being the only woman to dance with the late Barry White, who serenaded me during the entire dance. In 1992, I invented and trademarked a version of Beanie Babies, but filled them with rice, which sprouted through the fabric, dashing my dreams of a Hallmark deal. Despite this, my resilient spirit shines through in my role as an insurance agent, where I’m committed to helping clients protect their future with the best insurance solutions.
